Mabel was born on May 19th, 1996, in Barranquilla, Colombia. At birth, she was diagnosed with neonatal hypotonia due to lack of oxygen, affecting her motor system, primarily the right hemisphere.
Her works reflect the island's beauty and aims to promote it's essence through art. Art transformed her life, allowing her to develop her talent and share Curaçao's essence through her paintings.

Since moving from Canada to Curaçao in 2008, Linda has embraced the island’s spirit and vibrant energy as her own. What began as admiration for Curaçao’s natural beauty evolved into a deep creative calling.
